1st Service Estimate vs 1st Service Quote.


The 1st Service Estimate is offered to new customers only. Once you have puchased your 1st service you will also receive a free quote for reocurring lawn mowing services. This price may or may not reflect your actual cost. Prices may vary depending on services rendered.


The 1st Service Quote is offered after our landscaper has visually seen the property. This method gives an actual cost. The 1st service quote is based on what services are requested and the frequency of those services.

1. Should I pay prior to lawn care service?

Yes, payment should be paid 1 month prior to monthly services, 2 weeks prior to biweekly services, or pay the same day of prior to your same day service job request.


2. Should I remove rocks, sticks, and debri before the lawn crew arrive?

Yes, you should prepare your lawn by removing any rocks, sticks, ´ waste prior to your appointment time.


3. Is an estimate the same as a quote?

No, an estimate is a price given without viewing the property. The price is subject to be lower or higher, depending on the actual services the customer requests and receive. In contrast, a quote is an actual price you would pay before a service is given. This price is based upon completion of a visual inspection by the landscaper. The client should guide the landscaper around the property to assess the need for specific services. The landscaper will perform an evaluation on the amount of work requested by the client. Then an official quote will be written up and given to client.


4. What is included in your 1st service estimates?

The 1st service includes mowing and string edging. Deep edging, trimming hedges, bushes, or shrubs are not included


5. How much is lawn care service?

Lawn service price vary from property to property depending on how much labor is involved.


6. Does the estimate include the front and back yard?

Yes, the estimate includes the front and back yard mowing & edging.


7. What is the best way to maintain your lawn prior to mowing service?

All lawns need proper watering, some sunlight, and oxygen. Beyond this we suggest that you contact a Lawn Care Treatment Professional in your area. We only provide Lawn Mowing Services.


8. How frequently should a mowing service be performed?

Grass should either be cut every 3 or 4 days, Every 7 days for regular maintenance, or every 14 days for maximum mowing intervals.


9. What mowing service plans do you offer?

(A). Mulch, Edge & blow plans. (B). Bag, Edge & blow plans. (C). Side Discharge, Edge, & blow plans. Additional services can be added to any plan.


10. What additional services do you offer?

We offer light leaf blowing, bagging, light trimming (hedges, busehes, & shrubs). As well as, light pruning of small tree branches.


11. What if I miss a payment?

You will not receive any services for that interval. You should pay any past due amount in addition to the next service amount prior to the next mowing interval. If payment cannot be paid at the next interval your contract will be subject to cancellation


12. What kind of contract do you offer?

Our service agreement is for prepaid reoccuring services at specified intervals. The intervals are yearly, monthly, or biweekly.


13. Do you offer a free estimate?

Yes, only if we are servicing your area at that time.


14. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations should be made 1 month prior to a service.


15. Can you cut when I am not at home?

Yes, as long as payment has been made prior to 2 weeks before cut date.


16. How do you handle complaints?

Our goal is Lawn Likes. We suggest you walk the lawn prior to your landscaper professional leave the property. Present your complaint to the landscaper, take a video and he or she will not leave until your satisfied. If you are still unsatisfied contact the office immediately. We will send a different Landscaper or Management out to the property promtly to solve any unresolved issues. We are not responsible if we are notified hours after a service is completed. For animals, humans, or weather destruction of your lawn may occur without our knowledge. If you are still unsatisfied. Submit a complaint in writing with your video via email addressed to office@lawnlikes.com.


17. What payment methods do you accept?

Current forms of payments accepted are Zelle, Cash App, or Cash


18. How should we communicate with you?

Call or text 313-995-6260 for Services. We do not communicate to emails for service requests. Emails are only for cancellations, complaints & employment opportunities


19. Do you need to see my lawn before I accept a service contract?

Yes, We will send a landscaper to the property to setup a proper service contract.


20. What if I'm not satisfied with a service?

We will do what is neccessary to get you to like your lawn.


21. What is not included in a mowing service?

Chemical Applications, Product Applications, Seeding, Aerating, Pest Control, Weed Control


22. How will I know when you are coming and going to and from my property to complete a mowing service?

You will receive an email, phone call or text within 15 min before and after your service.


23. What areas do you service?

Currently we service the North Fort Worth area


24. Do you have any social media accounts?
